Internship Blog: Hanging Loungers

What better way to relax poolside this summer, than in an amazing hanging lounger? These are some of the top-rated designs- we’ve even used a couple in our newest projects! The twisted wood gives a subtle tropical vibe that will blend right in with nature, and make you feel at peace. I’m dreaming of laying in one of these with a book in one hand and a margarita in the other as I type this…

1. Hanging Rattan Chair, Serena & Lily

The coziest, one person chair to swing under the trees. Inspired by 60’s Scandinavian designs with the rounded frame and sturdy ropes. Add a pillow (or two or three) to make it extra cozy!

2. Nestrest, Dedon

Nestle up in the perfect hideout surrounded by lush cushions and peaks of light allowing you to see outward, while others cannot see in. This iconic look will standout in any yard and inevitably gather a crowd because of it’s unique design.

3. Swingrest, Dedon

Perfect for the whole family to sun bathe together! The rotating tabletop is ideal for maximum relaxation and the suspension is elegant on its own. Hang one up between trees, in a terrace, or even a sun-room.

4. Hanging Rattan Bench, Serena & Lily

Major “southern front porch” vibes with this guy, and we’re loving it. If you love the first chair shown, pick up one of these beautiful love seats to invite the whole family for a lazy afternoon.

5. Globo Royal Hammock, Houzz

Cozy yet spacious; inviting yet exclusive; lush yet sleek. The unique design combined with superior quality is the perfect addition to your wanna-be-retreat-home.

This blog post was made during an internship with Paula Ables Interiors.
